Use this form to pay for Abstract of Title (A/T), renewal/late renewals for Certificates of Documentation (COD) or certified copy requests. They are handled by the NVDC.

NOTICE - Official Number, which can be found on your current Certificate of Documentation (COD) is required to renew.
CODs are not eligible for renewal if expired for more than 30 days. Expiration information located on COD (CG-1270), lower left corner.
CODs renewed more than 60 days prior to expiration will be issued with a new issue/expiration date, shortening validity period of document.
CODs renewed 60 days or less from expiration will maintain the same expiration month.
Fees submitted for renewals are not refundable/transferable if later determined COD not eligible for renewal.
